Check the page before declaring an outage
Open the homepage directly. If it works, search for the title rather than repeatedly opening an old episode link. If it does not work, compare with another website on the same connection.
This page is not a live global status monitor. One failed visit or a Reddit report cannot determine whether every viewer has the same problem. Keep the exact error if it continues.
A show disappeared from search
Check whether Movies is selected when you need TV Shows. Remove a guessed release year and try a distinctive part of the title. A series may be listed under its original or widely used international name.
The year usually identifies the series, not the latest season. Filtering by a new season’s year can hide a show that began several years earlier.
An episode will not start
Watch now opens a viewing search. Select the matching series and the season on the viewing service. A series listing does not prove that every season is included in a particular offer.
For a stalled video, test another episode on the same service. Note whether the failure occurs at the same timestamp. That tells you more than changing several settings without checking the result.
Sound, subtitles and buffering
Check the audio output if the picture moves but you hear nothing. If subtitles are late, inspect the selected track before changing picture settings. If the video repeatedly pauses, try a supported lower quality or test the connection.
